We currently ship to the following locations and we’re adding more new locations regularly so check back soon:

Zone 1: Luxembourg
Zone 2: France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland
Zone 3: Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia
Zone 4: The rest of the world

 

Processing Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally; the whole processing and shipping period for Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 will take 2 - 5 business days. For Zone 4 will take 6 – 30 business days.

 

Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

 

The standard of shipping

For orders from Zone 1, shipping charge of EUR 3,90 will be applied at checkout. We offer free shipping from Zone 1 for orders over EUR 64,90 at checkout.

 

For orders from Zone 2, shipping charge of EUR 6,90 will be applied at checkout. We offer free shipping from Zone 1 and Zone 2 for orders over EUR 99,90 at checkout.

 

For orders from Zone 3, shipping charge of EUR 9,90 will be applied at checkout. We offer free shipping from Zone 3 for orders over EUR 129,90 at checkout.

 

For orders from Zone 4, shipping charge of EUR 15,90 will be applied at checkout. We offer free shipping from Zone 4 for orders over EUR 199,90 at checkout.

 

What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

We are welcome any email about you confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at lux@sonneg.lu We will take immediate remedial actions.
